Remote Networks & Server Support

Linux and Windows servers, NAS storage, Active Directory, and the network behind them, set up, secured, and kept running over a secure remote connection. Every change is backed up first, so nothing is left to chance.

What Can Be Handled

From a first setup to ongoing management, these are the jobs handled most often, and if yours isn't here, just ask.

Server setup & administration

Linux and Windows Server installation, configuration, and day-to-day administration.

NAS & storage

NAS setup, share permissions, RAID configuration, and storage that's running low or acting up.

Active Directory

Domain setup, group policy, user and group management, and general AD troubleshooting.

Network services

DNS, DHCP, file sharing, printing, and the connectivity issues that come with them.

Security hardening

Access control, patching, and closing off the gaps that leave a server exposed.

Infrastructure management

Ongoing oversight so the environment stays documented, backed up, and predictable.

Not on the list? If it involves a server or business network, send it over to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Send a Message

Describe the server or network, and the issue, on WhatsApp, and share a convenient time.

  2. 2

    Remote Session

You give temporary access. A backup is saved first, then the issue is diagnosed and fixed.

    Summary & Follow-up

A short note on what was wrong, what changed, and how to keep things running smoothly.

Your server, your control

Giving someone access to a live server is a big step. Here is how it stays safe.

  • You create a temporary admin account with only the access needed.
  • A backup comes first, so any change can be rolled back.
  • Access ends when you remove that account after the session.

Good to have ready

A few details make the first session much more useful:

  • The operating system and version of each server.
  • What runs on them: shares, Active Directory, or applications.
  • The latest backup, and when a quiet maintenance window is possible.
Is it safe to give access to a live server?

You create a temporary admin account with only the access needed. When the session ends, you remove that account and the access is gone.

Will the server go down during the work?

A backup or snapshot is taken before any change. For anything with downtime risk, a maintenance window is agreed first so users are not caught off guard.

Which operating systems are covered?

Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, and similar) and Windows Server. Send the OS and version on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Can you manage Active Directory and user accounts?

Yes, including domain setup, group policy, user and permission management, and general AD troubleshooting.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the job. Send a short description on WhatsApp and a clear price is shared before any work starts.

Can you help an individual or a very small team?

Yes. A home server, a NAS, or a small office setup is just as welcome as a larger one. Send a short description on WhatsApp to get started.

Can you work with cloud or hosted servers (VPS)?

Remote Linux and Windows servers hosted elsewhere can usually be handled the same way, as long as secure access is available. Send the provider and operating system on WhatsApp to confirm.

Server running slow or acting up?

Send a message and get it looked at before it affects your team.
