FAQs

Questions, Answered Plainly

Everything people ask before they message us: cost, safety, how a remote session works, and what each service covers.

General

How much does it cost?

It depends on the problem. Send a short description on WhatsApp and a clear price is shared before any work starts.

Can I watch what you are doing?

Yes. Everything happens on your own screen, so every action is visible to you, and access ends the moment the session closes.

Does anything need to be installed?

Just a small remote-support app, with guidance through the setup. It can be removed afterwards.

I'm not technical. Can I still use remote support?

Yes. The session is guided step by step and nothing needs to be understood in advance. You approve the connection, watch the fix, and get a short plain-language summary afterwards.

What if something cannot be fixed remotely?

You are told plainly. If a part needs replacing, or the problem is not something a remote session can solve, the advice says so and explains the next step.

Where can sessions happen?

Sessions run over a secure remote connection from anywhere, and replies usually come the same day.

How do I get started?

Send a short message on WhatsApp describing the problem. You get a clear price before any work starts, and then a time is agreed, or the session can begin right away.

PC & LaptopView service

Will my personal files be visible?

Only what is needed to fix the problem is opened. Since it all happens on your screen, every action is visible to you.

What if the problem is hardware?

Hardware problems are explained honestly. If a part needs replacing, the advice covers which one, and whether repair or replacement makes more sense.

Do you work on both Windows and Mac?

Windows is the main focus. Mac issues can often be handled too. Send the model and macOS version on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Can you advise before I buy a new computer or upgrade?

Yes. Share the current model and what feels slow, and the advice covers whether a RAM or SSD upgrade is worth it, or whether replacing the machine makes more sense.

MikroTik & ISPView service

Is it safe to give access to my router or equipment?

You create a temporary user with only the access needed, so your main password stays private. When the session ends, you delete that user and the access is gone.

Will my network go down during the work?

A backup is taken before anything is changed, so it can be rolled back if needed. For bigger changes, a quiet hour can be picked so users are not affected.

Which MikroTik devices are supported?

Send the model and RouterOS version on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Does it cover RADIUS and billing systems?

RADIUS setup for PPPoE and hotspot authentication, accounting, and per-user limits is covered. For a specific billing system, send its name on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Can you work on OLTs and switches, not just MikroTik?

Yes. OLT configuration, ONU provisioning, and managed switching with VLANs and trunks are covered alongside MikroTik. Send the model on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Can you set up media servers for my ISP?

Yes. Media and content servers for subscribers can be set up and tuned alongside the network that serves them. Describe what you run on WhatsApp to get a clear answer.

Can you help if I'm new to MikroTik?

Yes. A new setup can be built step by step, with each part explained, so you understand what the router is doing and can manage it afterwards.

Can you fix a router configuration I inherited?

Yes, cleaning up a messy configuration is a common job. A backup is taken first, then the setup is reviewed and tidied without breaking what already works.

Networks & ServersView service

Is it safe to give access to a live server?

You create a temporary admin account with only the access needed. When the session ends, you remove that account and the access is gone.

Will the server go down during the work?

A backup or snapshot is taken before any change. For anything with downtime risk, a maintenance window is agreed first so users are not caught off guard.

Which operating systems are covered?

Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, and similar) and Windows Server. Send the OS and version on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Can you manage Active Directory and user accounts?

Yes, including domain setup, group policy, user and permission management, and general AD troubleshooting.

Can you help an individual or a very small team?

Yes. A home server, a NAS, or a small office setup is just as welcome as a larger one. Send a short description on WhatsApp to get started.

Can you work with cloud or hosted servers (VPS)?

Remote Linux and Windows servers hosted elsewhere can usually be handled the same way, as long as secure access is available. Send the provider and operating system on WhatsApp to confirm.

Wireless & BackhaulView service

Can a wireless problem really be fixed remotely?

Most configuration, alignment readings, and interference diagnosis can be done remotely through the radio's own interface. If a physical realignment is needed, that part is explained clearly so someone on-site can do it.

Which equipment do you work with?

Ubiquiti, Cambium, and Mimosa most often. Send the model on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Will the link go down during the work?

Configuration is backed up before changes, and where possible, work is scheduled for a quiet period to limit impact.

Do you support point-to-multipoint (PtMP) as well as point-to-point?

Yes, both: access points, client radios, and the routers behind them. Send the equipment list on WhatsApp to get a clear answer.

Can you help plan a new link before any equipment is bought?

Yes. Distance, line of sight, and frequency options can be reviewed first, so the right equipment is chosen before any money is spent.

What if the problem is physical, like a damaged cable or a misaligned dish?

Remote readings show where the problem is, and the fix is explained clearly so someone on-site can carry it out. Part of the work stays remote and the rest is guided.

IT AdministrationView service

Is this a quick fix or an ongoing arrangement?

Both are possible. Some clients book a cleanup, others prefer a regular check-in. It's worked out based on what the systems actually need.

What happens if something breaks between check-ins?

Monitoring flags most issues before they become a problem. If something does come up, send a message on WhatsApp and it gets looked at.

Do you need standing access to our systems?

Only what's needed for the agreed scope, and it's documented. You can review or revoke access at any time.

Do you cover IoT devices like cameras and sensors?

Yes. Cameras, sensors, access control, and similar connected devices can be set up, updated, and monitored. Send the device model on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Is this only for businesses?

No. Individuals with a home server, NAS, cameras, or smart-home devices can use it too, whether as a clean-up or a regular check-in.

How often are checks done?

It depends on the systems and the agreed scope. Some clients choose weekly or monthly check-ins, others book a single review. The schedule is agreed before any work starts.

Web & E-commerceView service

Can you work with my existing website?

In most cases, yes. Send the platform (WordPress, Shopify, custom, etc.) on WhatsApp to get an honest answer on whether it can be handled remotely.

Will my site go down during the work?

A backup is taken before anything is changed. For bigger changes like migrations, a staging copy is used first so the live site isn't affected.

Can you set up payment and shipping integrations?

Yes, for most common providers. Send the specific service on WhatsApp to confirm it's covered.

Can you build a new website or store from scratch?

Yes. New sites and online stores can be built, and existing ones extended. Describe what you need on WhatsApp to get a clear scope and price.

Can you speed up a slow website?

Yes. Slow pages are usually traced to heavy images, plugins, or hosting settings, and each fix is explained so you know exactly what changed.

Do you help after the work is done?

Yes. Updates, small content changes, and backups can continue as ongoing support, or you can call on help only when needed.

Still have a question?

Send a short message and get an honest answer, and a clear price before any work starts.
